REAL TEAM started as a family travel agency in 1994. Our parents ran group trips — school ski trips, youth sport tournaments, thousands of participants over three decades. When we started running FRESH, our international sport camp, we managed 200+ athletes from 42 countries across five sold-out editions. All on spreadsheets and email chains.
